Transitional Housing

Fale Pasifika Transitional Housing offers 11 fully furnished standalone homes which consist of 8 two-bedroom and 3 three-bedroom homes. We aim to provide a safe and secure site available for our families seeking

support with housing needs with staff on-site daily. The referral process for our families to access this facility is through the Ministry of Social Development only. We do not accept any self-referrals. The clients remain in service for up to 12 weeks where they have access to multiple learning opportunities as well as support from Government Agencies such as Kainga Ora and MSD. Our staff advocates on behalf of the clients to achieve the best possible outcomes for the families in service. The programs provided for our clients are very beneficial as it creates an opportunity for families to become independent by learning and building life skills.
