Crisis line 

Our crisis line is operating 24/7 including on public holidays. Our trained staff members will answer any calls whilst following our screening process to ensure we gather the right information from the caller. Once this is completed we determine which service is appropriate to support victims of family and domestic violence.

This services is available to the public by contacting the crisis line directly (09) 622 0723 or by calling 0800 REFUGE . This service accepts self-referrals as well as external referrals made by agencies.
