Community Service

Community support service is accessible to our Pasifika clients in the community who reside in Auckland. The service is not limited to any specific criteria although the most high-risk cases will be taken into consideration first.

The community team provides advocacy support for the family and works alongside each other to meet the needs of the client. The service provides support for families working with NGOs and Government Agencies as well as domestic affairs. This service is available to the public by

contacting the crisis line directly or by calling 0800 REFUGE. This service accepts self-referrals as well as external referrals made by agencies.
